Drag these email addresses to the TO: box of your email software.

Note: To get the relevant investment contacts in firms, you must check at least one investment preference other than Office Location. Otherwise you will get all the contacts in a firm, regardless of whether they invest or not, yielding a very long list indeed.

If a dialog box appears with an enabled [Open] button, click it.

If instead a dialog box opens asking you what application to use to open the file, click [Browse] to find your Excel or other spreadsheet application. Excel usually appears at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Excel.exe.

After the results pop up in Excel, in Excel select the "postal" column, then in the Excel menu bar click Format:Cells:Special:Zip Code.
